I have people entering the progress of their weight/kettlebell training journey, which means when they start, they may lift 12kg, and in 6 months, they may lift double that. They can record their progress for over 100 exercises. They can record many progresses for exercises.
What I want to do is get the top and the lowest for a given exercise. This is not a problem, I can do that with two views as long as I have the exercise and this is where the problem is.
Let's say the user has recorded progress for 3 exercises out of 100, I need to show those 3 in a dropdown. Once they select one I would get the first progress and last/highest progress submitted with two different views. In other words, I am displaying their personal best.
In other words, in the dropdown I need to show only the exercises for which the user has ever recorded any progress.
PS. Each progress entry links to an exercise via a post reference.
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
As I understand - you are talking about the post reference field that you created to link progress post in the backend admin.
If this is true - there is no such feature available to find only exercises posts that have connected to progress post.
If I misunderstood you, please share test case example with problem URL and admin access details with all required details about with what specific exercise post you want to display what.
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
