[Resolved] Get a whote screen when editing

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user is getting the WSOD when they are editing their custom posts.

Solution:

Normally issues like these are caused by plugin conflicts and what I would recommend that you do is to temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again.

Hi Shane,

If you go to 'Chocolate Recipes' in the admin dashboard and try and edit or save any of them, you will see what I mean.

The plugin isn't allowing me to save or edit anything since updating it. This is incredible urgent so your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Billy,

Could you let me know when this started to occur ?

Im checking on the site now and the debug log is not showing up.

Also could you check your server logs for any fatal errors and let me know .

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Billy,

The issue is being caused by the SEO plugin .

I've deativated the plugin and the edit page functionality was restored.

So disabling this plugin should restore the page. I would recommend contacting their support forum so that they can have a look at this one for you.

Thanks,
Shane

Thanks for investigating Shane. It would appear there is an issue with the SEO plugin. I still have a problem though. On the staging site, the recipes don't display as they did before. Have a look at hidden link

If you edit the post, you can see there is data in there. Ingredients, timings etc.

None of the data is appearing as it should. How do I get the posts to display the way they are supposed to?
