Hi,
I tried to open my website about half an hour ago and discovered it's down (503 error).
After working on this with my hosting provider, the only thing that helps is to block access to a plugin called Framework Installer.
Searching in Google I think that it's part of Toolset. Please advise if this is the case and what I can do to resolve this and get it back on (it's currently disabled).
Following my previous message, please note that I've just noticed an automatic email from WordPress, notifying me about a problem caused by Toolset Forms.
This is the email I got:
Howdy!
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Toolset Forms.
First, visit your website (hidden link) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (hidden link) and check for any visible issues.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
If your site appears broken and you can't access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special "recovery mode". This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.
hidden link
To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don't worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.
When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 5.8.2
Current theme: Astra (version 3.7.5)
Current plugin: Toolset Forms (version 2.6.12)
PHP version 7.4.25

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
Can you please try to check now, Activate the Toolset Framework Installer plugin and check if you can see the same issue? If yes:
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
