I am using "The Gem" theme, hidden link.

I have not worked with Toolset Forms before, and am unable to get the wizard to appear. I have the option checked in settings, but the only thing I see different from a usual post are some new fields at the bottom of the interface, image attached.
Aloha,
Lars

Hi, the screenshot here looks like a custom field group in a post editor screen. Normally this would not appear in the Form Builder screen. Can you tell me exactly where you are seeing this in wp-admin?

To access the Form Builder, you would normally go to Toolset > Post Forms, or Toolset > User Forms, depending on the type of Form you want to create. The Form Wizard does not normally appear in the Post Editor screen.

Please let me know what you find. I am heading to the sauna for a few hours after having worked all weekend =)

Aloha,

It looks like some kind of conflict with a plugin or your theme. When I click the "Add New" button in Toolset > Post Forms, I am redirected to this URL:
hidden link

That's not the correct URL. It should be this URL:
hidden link

Notice the "classic-editor" URL param is added incorrectly. I'm not exactly sure why this is happening, and I don't have access to manage plugins so I'll need you to run some additional tests for me.

Please try these troubleshooting steps:
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Types, Views and Forms.
- Temporarily activate a default theme like Twenty Nineteen.
- Test again by going to Toolset > Post Forms > Add new. If the problem is resolved, reactivate your theme and other plugins one by one until the problem returns. Try to isolate a single theme or plugin causing the conflict.

Let me know what you find out and we can try to investigate in more detail.

To bypass the issue, you can paste the following URLs in the browser to go to the Form Wizards:
Post Form Wizard: hidden link
User Form Wizard: hidden link
Relationship Form Wizard: hidden link
