You should be able to recreate simply by activating Forms-plugin on site, and run a wp-cli command.

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I just run on one of my local test sites and I did not encounter any issues. Check this screenshot hidden link

Can you share any the errors that you get when running a wp-cli command?

hmmm.... that's strange.. Might be a conflict between forms and an other plugin... Anyway i fixed it by running wp-cli commands without toolset plugins activated, and it works... I have Forms, types and blocks installed...

The message was more to let you know, then a "I need help" request 🙂 And now you know 🙂
