Referring back to https://toolset.com/forums/topic/formatting-in-wysiwyg-field-appears-to-have-changed/ - which I can't reopen:

Hi Shane,

I have cloned the site (sorry it took me so long) here - hidden link - and the issue persists with plugins turned off and the theme reverted to twenty twenty-two.

There is something strange with ACF Pro (also on the site) as the Types fields don't show up in the post edit screen unless ACF is activated - a bit strange!.

Best wishes
Andy

Hi Andy,

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website so that I can have a more detailed look at this for you ?

Please where applicable please provide me with a link to an example page where I can see the issue.

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane
