Hi im trying to create a toolset form with validation:
When somebody enter for example their email adress and its the wrong format the box turns red.
When i submit my form on this link i dont even get the error messages at the end, it just doesn't work.
(the form in a custom coded multi step setup with a cred form inside)
Could you have a look?
hidden link
I did a test and it seems that the validation is being blocked by the setup (multistep)
any suggestions on this?
Thanks
Hi Matthieu,
Thank you for getting in touch.
Can you confirm if the error messages show up when you've completely removed the multistep from the form?
What I want to ensure is that it fundamentally works without any additional customizations.
Thanks,
Shane
Yes all the validation works when the multi step is not active
Thanks
Hi Matthieu,
I'm not sure how you've setup the multistep form but given that it works when you've disabled the multi-step then what I can do in terms of debugging is quite limited.
I can have a look at the form for you on the backend if you like but I cannot promise that I'll be able to provide a solution.
I've enabled the private fields for your next response so that you can send me the login details for me to have a look on the backend.
Thanks,
Shane
