Good morning.

I have followed the guide to translate the input forms but the translation is nowhere to be found.

I have gone to the translation administration, selected the input form with the duplicate content option but I don't see anywhere where I can include the translations. They do not appear even in the translation of strings and in the list of input forms it does not show me the option to filter by language.

In the translation manager, the form is marked as "Needs updating". but I don't know what it means. Attached is a screenshot.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

Regards.

Hey there,

Welcome to the Toolset support forum!

If you have installed WPML after creating your Toolset forms, you must resave the forms for them to appear on the WPML Translation Management page. Could you please give it a try and check if you're able to translate the form now?

Thanks,
Mateus.

Ok.

Now I have followed the translation guide better and I get to the screen to translate the form but I don't get any of the HTML blocks to translate. How can I translate the HTML blocks of the form?

Thank you.

Regards.

Hello,

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Privacy and Security Policy

We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:

**IMPORTANT**

- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link

Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.

My issue is resolved now.

In the end, I had to use the wpml-string shortcodes to translate the HTML blocks of the forms.

Thank you!
