You are still using the older version of types. Could you update to types 3.0 as well ?

I updated all the plugins to the latest versions but still the same : hidden link (pwd : gat_2018)

This is really strange because that function should only be declared only once.

Could you delete the Toolset forms plugin and download a fresh copy ?

I removed it, and installed the 2.0 fresh and activated . Same error :
