Hi,

Form not showing on this page : hidden link (hidden link) .

I inserted the cred_form shortcode on a blank page. The Default Template didn't work either and all the headers were messed up !

Is Accecc Control Plugin need to be Activated ? Or something more sinister ?

I dont have access to the plugin section so could you disable all the non-toolset plugins and let me know if the issue still remains.

Hi Shane,

I am afraid I can't disable all the plugins. This is a Multisite installation and many plugins are Network Activated rather then Local. Is there no other way ?

Hi Shane,

The Free Duplicator will not duplicate single site on a multisite. Is there another way you can debug this ? I can provide you with a list of active plugins that this particular site is using.

Hi Michael,

The best way for me to see whats wrong is to have an exact copy of the site.

What about trying the All in One backup plugin ?

We purchased the Multisite Extension for the All-in-one plugin since it looks like it's something we need anyways. I will be installing it tomorrow AM, and will provide you with the subsite backup.
