Hi,

When I try to activate form plugin, I can't access to page or article editor, I obtain a blank page.
If I configure the publication type for using only classic editor, that's work
If I deactivate form plugin, article editing works in bloxk editor mode

Ca you help me ?

Hi Pierre,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the site to have a more detailed look at this one for you ?

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Pierre,

Thank you for the credentials. Here is my IP so that you can add it to your firewall rules.

I'll definitely need this access to enable the wordpress debugging to see what error message is being generated on the page

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Pierre,

Thank you for the information. I tried to have a look at the site to enable the wordpress debugging, however i'm unable to log in using the sftp, the connection keeps timing out.

Can you enable the wordpress debug by following the instructions in the link below.

Secondly I see that you are running php version 8. Would it be possible to revert to PHP version 7 and check again to see if the issue is resolved?

Thanks however once I see what error message is being displayed I will have a clearer answer.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

WP_DEBUG is set to true.
I let you test, and if there's no solutions, I will downgrade PHP to php 7, what is the best version for toolset ? and for wordpress (I don't find this info in your documentation, We configure our own server so we can setup with other versions of PHP, Mysql, WordPress and eventually OS)

Thanks for your answers

Pierre

Hi Pierre,

Currently i'm not able to see anything as your site is displaying an Error 500. Can you check the php log to see what is crashing the site ?

Secondly here are the minimum requirements for wordpress
https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

Also below is the minimum requirements for our Toolset plugins.
https://toolset.com/toolset-requirements/

Once we're able to identify the error then we can move forward but for now the entire site is not accessible .

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

Sorry, I made an error in wp-config for WP_DEBUG, I wrote truee in place of true. Now debug mode is ok.
I consult home page with debug on and i Get some message about Deprecated: Required parameter.

I search in support forum and find that : https://toolset.com/forums/topic/deprecated-messages-with-php-8/

So I understand PHP 8 was not a good idea, I downgrade to PHP 7.4 and all is ok.

I think you should specify in the toolset requirements that PHP 8 is not supported for now.

Anyway, thank you for your support which helped me a lot

Pierre
