I am trying to: Create a front end form for people to input custom post types without going to the wp-admin

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: I should be able to put in a title and content and submit the article and see the thank you page.

Instead, I got:
Article submit page refreshes with default content

Hello and thank you for contacting Toolset support.

I logged into your website and checked this form. I added the Form Messages field to it to spot any errors because the form does not create any posts when submitted.

Before we can analyze this issue further, we'll need to exclude any possible compatibility issues. Please check if this issue appears when:
- Only Toolset plugins are activated. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with another plugin.
- The theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty-Twenty. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme.
If the problem disappears, start activating one at a time to track where the incompatibility is produced.

If this does not help find the cause of the issue. Please try the form on a regular page instead of the actual custom post type you are using, just to exclude any possible error caused by the custom post type.

At this stage, if we don't find the cause of the issue, we'll need to take a copy of your website and analyze it further. Let us know if that's fine with you.
