In the backend of our site I see:
downloadable font: no supported format found (font-family: "onthegosystems-icons" style:normal weight:400 stretch:100 src index:1) source: (end of source list) 2
... on every page load in the back end.
I searched the forum and found other users with this issue, but none of the solutions in those forum posts solved the issue for me.
How can I get rid of this message? It appears to be causing the back end to load slowly.
Thank you
Hi there,
I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.
Please kindly set the next reply as private.
Thank you.
Hi there,
Thank you for the information, I also checked and that is also true on a clean installation.
But as it is in Yellow and not red it shows it is just a warning and should not have an effect on the performance.
But anyway I will ask the second-tier support to take a look into the issue and get back to you with the result.
It may take time.
Thank you.
Thanks!
Do you still need me to keep access to the site open? Or can I delete that account now?
Thanks!
Hi there,
No need to keep the login info available anymore. The second-tier managed to replicate it and they reported this to the development team.
I do not know when they will investigate this, but if I have an update I will get back here and inform you.
Thanks.
