Finally got around to learning Toolset again. this is a follow up to and old ticket:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/fields-and-views-button-in-layout-editor-wont-insert-custom-field-shortcodes/

I found there's a conflict with the ACEide plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/aceide/

Is there a list of know conflicts available somewhere on https://toolset.com?

Thanks

There is no such list, even though I asked for it several times.

Your voice may help me to implement this.
Please can you add your request to have such a list here:
https://toolset.com/need-help-toolset/

Having actual users requesting this will help me to help you better 🙂

I installed the plugin "https://wordpress.org/plugins/aceide/" and can replicate the issue easily.
It's due to a JS error:

Uncaught Error: ace.edit can't find div #fancyeditordiv

This may not be on Toolset alone. It seems this plugin adds it's JS everywhere no matter whether this is their or any other admin screen, which generally is bad, but maybe this is necessary for them, I cannot tell yet if this is OK or not.

I escalated it and we will update you on the progress here.

This is now escalated to the compatibility team.

This does not happen anymore with the latest versions of all plugins.
