I am trying to:
Create a view with filters. For example 'colors'. Let's say I have 3 taxonomies: red, blue, white. In the view's result there is only one post that has selected white. What I want to achieve is to only show white in the filter drop-down, not the other colors. Even if other colors are selected by other posts that are not in the results of the view.

Well - I setup a sandbox site where I've installed the WooCommerce and setup few products as well as custom taxonomy which holds the color names:

Login: hidden link
Username: demo
Password: 4F9YYe2Mb5tu

I created this test page:
=> hidden link

And created the following view where I added both default WooCommerce product attribute "Color" as filter as well as added custom taxonomy "Product Color":
=> hidden link

But as you can see here - it works as expected:
=> hidden link

Do I miss anything here?

Well, I'm not using WooCommerce. I have exactly the same settings, but somehow it doesn't work.

This is really strange. Now, I do not know what plugins you are using currently as you did not submit the debug information.

What if you try to run a basic compatibility test to rule out any compatibility issue:

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

If the aboe step does not help - I need access details and problem URL where you added the view.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Once I logged in to your system I found that you are not using outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend to run your site with latest stable release plugin version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest officially released version. You can download the latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Once you update the plugins - do you see the issue?
