Hi Minesh

Nice to have you as a supporter again.

On the website hidden link we run a toolset view with custom search. My customer is not satisfied with the speed of the filters, he finds them much too slow and cannot understand why.

Is there anything I can do to make the filters faster? If not, is there an explanation I can give the customer why?

Thanks for your help

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I checked on your site and the number of filters you added to your view, it seems to me that you have reasonable performance.

The performance of the views/blocks is depends on the many things like how good your server resources are, your internet connection, the number of filters you added to your view/block as well as the content.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
However - for troubleshooting, you should try to deactivate non-Toolset plugins and check if you notice any performance difference.
Then, you can also try to remove filter frontend filters from your view and check if you notice any improvement.

Please check the following official Doc if that may help you:
