I am trying to troubleshoot why my dropdown filter is not working. It is just an infinite spinner.
I did not refer to any documentation.
The filtering only works when logged into the WP-admin side.

The affected page is: hidden link

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

That is really strange.

But when I try to change the filter - it shows the following JS error on the browser console:

index.js?ver=5.8.7:1 Uncaught TypeError: grecaptcha.execute is not a function

The above JS error belongs to the contact form 7 recapcha module.

What if you either try to disable the recapcha module of contact form 7 or try to disable the contact form 7 plugin and check it that help you to resolve your issue.

Disabling the plugin did not work. I am also not seeing the error you mentioned in my console.

The filtering seems to only work when I'm logged into wordpress. When the filter executes, I get this error (see screenshot -> hidden link)

Would this be related in some way?

Can you please tell me what browser you use to check?

Also, can you please send me admin access details and let me check whats going wrong with your seutp.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I checked and even I'm not sure whats going on with your setup.

I just see Status Code: 302 Found when I try to change the filter.

It seems something is blocking this request.

I found following article that might help you to track this:
- hidden link

If above does not help then to ensure the issue is on your server either you will have to move your site to another hosting and check if you able to see the same issue or you can send me duplicator copy of your site and then I will try to host your site on my local server and see if I will be able to see the same issue what I see on your production or stating site you shared.

If you prefer me to check this further, please send me duplicator copy of your site:

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

The article did not help resolve the issue. Duplicator is also not working on our site. It is causing fatal error codes. Is there a different way I can export this to you?

What if you try to build the package using All In one WP Migration plugin:

And send me the link to download it.

It does not allow me to install the package you shared and when I checked it shows the following fatal error:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Undefined constant "WPE_APIKEY" in wp-content\mu-plugins\wpengine-common\plugin.php:787
Stack trace:

Can you please send me the All In one WP Migration package once you disable all mu-plugins or other nonuse plugins and then try to build the package and send it to me.

Thank you for sharing the copy of your site.

I installed the package and I found that when I select the filter option it redirect to some another page and I suspected that it should be belongs to one of the thrid-party plugin you are using.

When I deactivate the plugin "CoSchedule" - I see the filter works as expected:

Can you please confirm it works at your end as well.

#2687923

Hello,

For some reason the filtering is back up and running! We updated any other plugins that were needing an update, however CoSchedule was not one of them. Why its working now, we dont know, but are glad to see its resolved.

We appreciate your support on this!
