Hi Karin,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I had a quick look at this in my firefox browser and it works fine for me. I'm running firefox version 87.0 and it works there.

Can you try checking the site again in firefox on your end using a different pc ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Karin,

Have a look at my short video below.
hidden link

As you can see in my firefox it is working. I've also asked a colleague to have a look on their end in firefox and it also works for them.

Can you record a short video on your end so that I can see what happens. Also it was even checked on their mobiles and it works.

Also can you check the site's console in firefox to see if there are any errors being generated when you click on the filters.

Thanks,
Shane

Maybe this image gives some information? Something with cookies?

Hi Karin,

I've requested access to the video file.

Secondly please ensure that you are running the latest version of firefox as well as to ensure that the cache in the browser has been cleared. Also try to view the page in incognito mode on firefox.

As mentioned the issue doesn't occur on my end from my video, so not much else I can do on this one besides making possible suggestions on what to try. Which is to clear the browsers cache.

Thanks,
Shane

new link to video hidden link filter.mp4

It is not working on different computers, different people. So not all visitors can see the filtering. It is not just on 1 computer it is on too many.
I, on firefox, have the latest version and I cleared the cache several times - but it stays the same

Hi Karin,

Thank you for the video, as mentioned i've asked my colleagues to have a look at this and they all report that the filters work consistently.

At this point I would recommend removing all your custom code from the filters and re-add them in their basic form with views. Then test to see if the default filters work in firefox.

If they do then you can proceed to re-add your custom code slowly while testing to see where it breaks in firefox. Unfortunately i'm not able to help much given that the filters work fine on my end.

Thanks,
Shane
