Hi,

I have a Child CPT which I want to filter.

For unknown reason the filtering doesn't work anymore. It always displays ”No items found”. Filtering works perfectly with other CPTs.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I checked and it seems its due to the checkboxes option values you configured with brackets, comma and special character.

For your custom field "Tâches" I suggest you should configure the checkbox option value as:
=> hidden link

For example:
Option title: Aide aux personnes (écoute, gardiennage, visites)
option value: Aide aux personnes (écoute-gardiennage-visites)

You need to change the option value for all other options. Is that possible for you otherwise I will try to think of different solution.

Hello Minesh,

I did what you suggest with no result.

I noticed something: if I change a value in the Custom group, for example ”Aide aux personnes” to ”Aide aux personnez”, it doesn't update in the view, it updates only in the filters. I need to resave each post individually. Is there a way to avoid this and updates all postes at the same time?

Also,, I noticed the value in the filter is not the same as in the cutsomn field. For example, after following your advice, the first item of ”Tâches” is ”Aide aux personnes (écoute, gardiennage-, visites)” in the filter and ”Aide aux personnez (écoute-gardiennage-visites)” in the post.

Also I tried to manually enter the values in the filters section with no more luck.

But finally I got it to work in replacing every comma (,) by a dash (-) in both Title and Value to store sections.

But I can see the Ordering by Parent title is no longer working on this page hidden link you fixed it on this ticket: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/wrong-title-ordering/#post-2835594

I noticed I deactivated your custom code for alphabetical ordering by parent title.

Just reactivated it and it works perfectly. My apologies.
