hidden link

The filter of shoes size of the shop is showing as results shoes with no stocks. For example, if you want to filter products with size 40 it shows all, not only available ones.

Hi Jorge,

Thank you for getting in touch.

There is a stock status option for the filter "Product In Stock Status". Just add this query filter to your view and set it to "in stock". See Screenshot

Hi Shane, thanks for your aswer.

I tryed that but is not working.

When I add that filter the shop don't show any products.

I also tried with In Stock, in-stock, in_stock but not working.

Can I give you access to check it please?

Hi Shane, sorry but is not working.
If you enter to hidden link and check for example at size 35 of the filter, the view is showing this product hidden link but it doesn't have stock in 35 size.

#1779257

Sorry I deleted the filter you added because it was not showing all products.
In hidden link was missing the latest added product "Malva Suela".

I think maybe "1" is not the correct value for "in stock".

If you test it again with another values and you see is not working, delete the filter please.

Also, I ask you the favor to leave me here the instrucions of the filter I have to add. So I can do it when I see your answer and we don't lieave the site broken till I can test it by my side, because is a very active client and can't be products missing.

Sorry for any inconveniences caused,

Thank you very much!

Hi Jorge,

Would you mind if I took a copy of the site so that I can check further without having to do it on the live site ?

Please let me know .

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Jorge,

Before I take the copy, it should be noted that Woocommerce doesn't consider a product out of stock if one of the options are sold out.

In order for the stock option to work correctly all the options for that product must be out of stock, so if you're approaching it like this then it won't work.

Thanks,
Shane
