This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The issue here is that the user wanted to display a view for his blog page but the default blog page was still displaying.
Solution:
The issue was that the custoemr had set this page as the blog page for wordpress so all the default blog information is going there.
By not setting this page as the default blog page then the view should start showing up.

I am trying to: omit all posts where the category is "Recent Deliveries".

I expected to see: There only 11 posts that aren't categorized as "Recent Deliveries".
Instead, I got: An apparently unfiltered list of all posts.
