Hi there!

Is there anno 2019 already a more database-friendely solution for this item? => https://toolset.com/forums/topic/filter-with-sub-categories/

So is it already possible to display child categories by a given parent category in a filter?

Kind regards,
Sam Clauw

Hi Sam

There have been no changes to how taxonomy filters are displayed in Views since the post you linked to, the situation remains the same.

It comes up from time to time, having more control over the Views filters, and the best way to push for this to be updated it to send a feature request using this form, which goes directly to the product manager responsible for determining development priorities: https://toolset.com/home/contact-us/suggest-a-new-feature-for-toolset/
