Fields & Text Block: This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed

This support ticket is created 2 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: use "Fields & Text Block

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see: the Block "Fields & Text"

Instead, I got: This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.

I tried to de-actiavate all plugins except Toolset Blocks, and use the twenty-twentythree theme, but the problem remains.

I discovered the problem while working on the "Template for Login Form, but the problem also exists on any other page.

This is a known issue to us and we already escalated it in front of our Devs.
