This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The issue here is that after the user updated to Types version 3.0.3 and his field groups stop saving .
Solution:
Actually this was a known issue and has since been resolved in our Types version 3.0.4
This support ticket is created 6 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.
