I am trying to: add a custom field to a layout

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: it's in the backend - I can make you a log in

I expected to see: a shortcode for my custom field - it seems to let me add every field except my custom fields

Instead, I got: a grey box with no dialogs

Hi,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, in case it is a compatibility problem, please try this:
1) deactivate other plugins and switch to original Toolset starter theme, and test again
2) If the problem still persists, please provide a database dump file (ZIP file) of your website in below private detail box, also point the problem page URL, describe detail steps to duplicate same problem, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks
