[Resolved] field group for products is not displaying in the backend

This support ticket is created 2 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Hi I have assigned a custom field group to Woocommerce products, but they are not displaying in the product pages (in the backend)

That is strange. I see you do not share debug information.

I would like to have debug information that will help us to debug and investigate your issue:

In addition to that if you can share admin access details I'm happy to look what is going wrong with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Hi Minesh I reset all the Woocommerce settings to their default values and that took care of it. There was no problem with Toolset. My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
