I am trying to: Activate ultimate addons for Elementor

I expected to see: The plugin working

Instead, I got: Plugin cannot be activated because it would create a fatal error with Toolset. Checked with UAE team and told me the issue was on the Toolset end.

Hi there,

There is no integration between the plugin in question and Toolset. So it might be a compatibility issue, but there is no guarantee for a fix.

We will do our best to check and see if it is possible to fix.

To do that I created a clean installation of Toolset and Elementor.

Please kindly install the plugin in question and replicate the issue here:

Thank you I checked the website and there is no fatal error while the plugin in question was enabled.

I also updated Toolse plugins and there were no issues.

Would you please provide a copy of your website so we can test the fatal error on your website? We can not do it on a live website.

Please give us the login information for the copied website in the next reply by setting it as private.

Alternatively, we can give you the means to copy your website to our server if it is under 1 gigabytes.

Thank you. I went to the website and deactivated Toolset. Then activated Ultimate Addons for Elementor and after that activated Toolset.

I get no error doing that

Hi Christopher, I checked with the hosting provider, it seems there was a weird glitch. I shut all the plugins off, turned UAE back on then Toolset and now everything works. Weird. Anyway! Thank you for your help!
