I am trying to: go to the Export/Import Toolset menu in the wordpress backend left sidebar

I expected to see: the options to export
Instead, I got: a white page telling me to check may email and an email saying there was a fatal error and this message

I tested that on our local installations and with PHP 8 and PHP 7 and all work with no issues.
This seems to be an issue isolated on your installation. Would you please follow the steps below to see if there is no conflicts going on?
- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Toolset and its add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

Hi, since the site I mentioned is in production, I created a dev site which is empty. I was going to replicate my production site, but I realized I'm getting te same error even before I install other plugins. I've just installed the theme 2023 an the Toolset plugins.
I'd like to give you access to the backend of the empty site so you see it yourself.

The plugin in question is deprecated and is not needed with the current functionalities of the plugin.
Please kindly deactivate that plugin. The plugin will be also removed from the downloads section soon.
