[Resolved] Fatal error when cloning GIT repo with Layouts plugin installed

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
When I clone my WordPress to GIT, and want to check it out, I receive a fatal error related to the TWIG library.

Solution:
This is solved in any current stable Toolset version.

Please update your plugins.

I am trying to: clone our GIT repo

Current website URL hidden link I need to clone the Repo onto whitingiron.com

I am getting this error "fatal: no submodule mapping found in .gitmodules for path 'public/wp-content/plugins/layouts/vendor/twig/twig'"

I had this issue before on another website using Toolset, but not when trying to clone a repo. This is the first time.

This is the same issue:

It will be solved in the next Toolset Release which should be due next week.

We have two website that are now going overdue for their live dates.

Do you have any suggestions for a temporary fix?

Unfortunately not. But you can just download the new versions of the Plugins, from the Download Area of your Toolset Account... they have been released yesterday!

I came up with a work around, but an update is much better 🙂

I just wanted to say thanks for all the hard work you and your team put into Toolset. I has been amazing to use in our business, and out Clients businesses.
