This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The issue here is that the user is getting the following fatal error when trying to create a new content template.
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_value_filtered()
Solution:
This issue can be resolved by going to the custom field group where there is a checkbox field and then resaving that custom field group.
If the issue still remains I would recommend opening a support forum ticket as your individual case could be different.
