I am trying to: View the admin dashboard or any Types settings page in admin

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: The dashboard or respective types setting page

Instead, I got: The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

This is the only thing in our error log...

"PHP Fatal error: Class 'OTGS\\Toolset\\Common\\Wordpress\\Option\\AOption' not found in /nas/content/live/sbf2017/wp-content/plugins/types/application/models/wordpress/Option/Associations/ImportAvailable.php on line 13"

Versions...
PHP 7.2
WP 5.2
Types 3.3

Hi Levy,

Thanks i'm just having a look around but i'm greeted with "The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."

Was the duplicator package created? Could you try creating it by using the filters and removing some of the media files etc. Perhaps the package was too large for your host.

Thanks,
Shane

Yeah, that's exactly the problem.

But most admin URLs will work (e.g. /plugins.php)... it's just the dashboard and some Toolset Types settings pages.

Re: Duplicator

I'd have to work at this. Would be faster / easier to give you FTP access if that'd work...

Hi Levy,

Thank you for the patience. So i've checked this for you and i was able to resolve the issue by doing a full manual install. This means downloading the plugin from our site and then uploading it to the plugins folder on your site through ftp.

Initially I was getting the same issue but after installing the plugin like this, the issue was resolved.

I know you say you install the plugin using GIT, however could you try uploading it through ftp ?

Thanks,
Shane
