Hi Shannon

Do you get the error if you disable all other plugins except Types? Something else may be conflicting with Types, or there could be a server-related issue.

I think we'll need access to your site to investigate, possibly to take a copy to install locally for debugging.

Let me mark your next reply as private so that we can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for me to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.

Hello Nigel, thanks for your help. I was unable to deactivate other plugins as I got the fatal error upon refresh.

I have created an admin account for you at my server host, mediatemple.net.

Di you have an email address where I can login credentials?

Hi Shannon,

It seems from the message that a file in the directory might be corrupt or missing.

What you can do is to download a fresh copy of our Types plugin and upload it to your site using FTP.

To download a fresh copy you can just go to the link below.
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

For instructions on how to update the plugin with the new files just follow the instructions below.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue.

Thanks,
Shane
