I am trying to:
Upgrade Types

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
Any wp-admin page

I expected to see:
The plugin successfully upgraded

Instead, I got:
The plugin appears to be upgraded but I am seeing this message on any page of the WordPress admin area:
Oops! There's been a problem when upgrading Toolset data structures. Please make sure your current configuration allows WordPress to alter database tables. If the problem persists, please don't hesitate to contact our support with this technical information: Upgrade command not found.

Hi Jacob,

Thank you for getting in touch.

I see from the debug information you have our latest types 3.3 installed. Could you try adjusting any of the settings in Types such as create a new CPT to see if the issue will still remain ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane,

Thanks for that suggestion. Unfortunately, creating a new CPT or changing a Types setting did not have any impact on the issue. What's next?

Hi, Shane is on holiday today so I'm assisting with his tickets. Can you try temporarily switching to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen, and deactivating all plugins except Types? Is the error message still shown? If not, reactivate your theme and other plugins until the problem returns.

Hi Christian,

I reloaded my production database into my local to try what you suggested, but on my local I am now having the below issue instead of the issue in above/current ticket:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/cannot-declare-class-toolset_filesystem_file-because-the-name-is-already-in-use/

Not sure if the issues are related? I did deactivate almost everything else and switch to the default theme, and the issue on my local didn't resolve. I can't do all of that on production, so I need to resolve the above issue in order to proceed with this support ticket.

Thanks!

Jacob
