Hi Toolset team,
I’m experiencing a bug when trying to insert an existing View into a Layouts Template. The modal pops up but disappears too quickly, and the “Save” button is missing or inaccessible. I’ve tested this in Chrome and Firefox, with all plugins disabled and using a default theme, but the issue persists.
It seems like the modal is rendering too fast or being interrupted by autosave or a script conflict. Could you please investigate or suggest a workaround? I’m happy to provide admin access if needed.
Thanks in advance! — Antonio

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please share with what Layout you are facing the issue as well as admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I tried to access the admin link you shared: hidden link

But when I try to load the above link - it shows error message:
This site can’t be reached

Can you please send me working site.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Well - we do not encourage the users to use the Layouts plugins as its in maintanance mode.

Why dont you use the content template. Using content template, you have luxury to build content template using either blocks or classic way.

Ok. I am used to Layouts/View combination. So I guess I will have to adapt to the new reality....
Thank you.
