Extra p tag inserted in content even when Manual Paragraphs is checked

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Even though Manual Paragraphs is checked in the content template, extra paragraphs are still being inserted.

Sorry I'm not following you.
1. This page does not exist for me, I see a 404: hidden link Perhaps I need to log in? If so, please provide login credentials in the private reply fields here.
2. The screenshot you provided shows markup that does not correspond to the markup you pasted into the ticket. The screenshot contains two h2 tags in a full-width column, the markup contains an h3, an excerpt and a read more link in a 8/12 width column. Which should I be looking for on the site?
