Extra "Bracket" in result

I insert a shortcode in a post form default value, in the front end it show the extra " '] ". How can I get rip of it?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

When you add default value for the URL param you need to only input your URL param key. So, in your case, you need to only add _target to that input field where you added the cred-field shortcode now.

Can you please do that and try to resolve your issue.
