i have a custom post type by the name of INSTITUTION and then I have another one named CONTACTS ... INSTITUTION and CONTACTS have a one to many post relationship.

I exported the INSTITUTION just fine and imported them to my new website, I exported CONTACTS but there is no way to connect them to INSTITUTIONs when i import them. The CONTACTS export does have the post ID however, importing INSTITUTION into a new WP install gives it a new post ID so that wont work.

How can I match up the post relationships. I DID READ your tutorial on this, and in the tutorial it says that the parent slug is exported i guess, which is not the case with my export.

any help is appreciated.
thanks
