Export relatioships / wp- Toolset

I am trying to get toolset relationships via API or export for use it in another system.

We have had a look at the toolset relationships API, however it only lets us query the relationships of a certain post and what we need is all relationships.
Also WP All export doesn't help as it lets us export only posts, not data from a plugin table.

Is there an easy way to get or regularly export all relationships from the toolset associations table?
