I am trying to: export access settings from site A and import the settings in site B in order to apply the same access rules to cred front end forms (both post and user forms) on site B as site A.

I expected to see:
Cred front end form settings in the target site were not affected / overwritten with the access settings from site B.

Instead, I got: no effect on the access settings for for post & user forms on site B.

This is what I observe:

1. Create one user and post form each
2. Set specific Access Rules for each
3. Export Forms and Access
4. Start on a fresh site
5. If you first import Access, then only general Rules are imported (this because the Forms do not yet even exist on this site), but the User Form Rules are missed.
6. If I now manually create a new Post Form with the same exact title, it appears that Access did not apply the rules (because they where not imported or ditched during the import since the forms do not exist.
7. If you instead first import Forms, then Access, the settings are ported just fine.

What you can do as well, is to create the Forms manually first matching the exact title as on the staging site (import source)
This way you do not have to import first the Forms in the case for some reason you do not want to import them.

Can you confirm this as well on your install?
