This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
I have several sites with same content done with types/toolset.
One site is done and I need migrate content to the other sites. What is the best way to do that?
Solution:
There are this 5 ways to do it:
1. Use Duplicator
http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
This will allow you to migrate the whole site to a new URL
2. Use this approach (same as above but more detailed)

3. Use Module Manager to migrate Modules of Types Structures:

4. Export/Import with Types
Navigate to Toolset > Import / Export and export the things you want
5. If you need to tranfer also the contnet you can also use the WordPress Migration Tools under Dashboard > Toolset > Export
