>I'm getting an error message that my account is expired but it's scheduled to auto-renew in 2 days. I saw that you had a temporary outage maybe a week ago that was causing similar errors for users with a lifetime license. Mine is annual, but I'm wondering if the incidents could be related.
At any rate, please advise how to fix.
My account auto-renewed today and the issue resolved itself.
