We want the products to exclude the annual subscriptions from the list. The page uses this code: {!{wpv-view name='bookstore-filter'}!} how can we update this code so it filters the product based on category and exclude the annual subscriptions.
I have tried to update the view template to exclude the category called "annual subscription" in the filter settings but it doesn't work.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
