Whenever I open a content template or view to edit it, I get this message
"You are about to change the language of (No title for this post yet).
Please make sure that you've saved all the changes. We will have to reload the page.
Do you want to continue?"
and keeps showing even if pressed ok or cancel, knowing that I didn't change the language of any of my views or content templates.
My site has two languages, English and Arabic, My default language is Arabic and I'm using WPML for language management.
I think this happened after updating WordPress to 6.2
Hi there,
Would you please update Toolset types to version 3.4.19 and Toolset blocks to version 1.6.6 and see the result?
- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Commercial (tab)".
- Click the "Check for Updates" button.
- Update WPML and its add-ons there.
Thanks.
Thanks Christopher for your reply,
I updated all the plugins that need updating, but still nothing changed, the message keeps showing!
What should I do now?
Hi there,
Thank you for updating Toolset. Would you please check if the issues is happening in isolation with Toolset and WPML?
- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website, but it is better that you copy your website to a staging version and test this.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Toolset Types, Toolset Blocks, WPML Multilingual CMS, WPML String Translation.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.
If the issue persists, kindly get back to us with the staging version of your website so we can do troubleshooting there without any fear of ruining the live website.
Please make sure you set the next reply as private.
