I am trying to:
Update toolset to the latest version

Instead, I got:
two different errors, Types give me the error "Download failed. Not found". The rest of the toolset plugins return this error:
"The package could not be installed. PCLZIP _ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record Signature". See attached image.

Non-toolset plugins updated fine without problems.

Hi Ahmed,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Could you try doing the update by going to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial and clicking the button "Check for updates" Once this process has been completed then you can just try updating the plugins from this screen again and let me know.

Thanks,
Shane

Thank you for your response. I tried the above method but unfortunately, it returns the same error (see attached image).

Hi Ahmed,

This method normally works, however we did have a release that is meant to address this issue that is affecting some customers.

Download and install the latest version of types manually and then you should be able to update the other plugins normally.

If this method does not work then I would need to open a dispute with our team to take another look at this.

Thanks,
Shane
