We recently purchased toolset and switched the license from another user to our user. On this site (dev.internationalcpi.com) I am getting the following error on the toolset dashboard:

Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com
Toolset needs to connect to its server to check for new releases and security updates. Something in the network or security settings is preventing this. Please allow outgoing communication to toolset.com to remove this notice.

toolset: Unable to register: Site key not matching

I don't see a place to insert a license on WordPress but only create it on toolset.

Please advise.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please try to create a new site key and try to register this new site key and check if that help you to resovle your issue.

I recreated my key and I am still seeing this message. We had our license under a different account. We just paid for a new subscription and recreated the keys. The toolset plugins were previously downloaded and installed. Where do I insert the site key on wordpress?

Well - if you see the site is already registered then try to unregister it first.

- Go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial tab (this is where Toolset plugins appear if installed correctly).
- Scroll to the Toolset section.
- Click "Unregister Toolset from this site" (or similar wording like "Unregister site key").

To register Toolset again, please try to follow the steps given with the following Doc:
