When updating the plugin i get the following error:
An error occurred while updating Toolset Types: Before you can receive product updates, you must first authenticate your Elegant Themes subscription. To do this, you need to enter both your Elegant Themes Username and your Elegant Themes API Key into the Updates Tab in your theme and plugin settings. To locate your API Key, log in to your Elegant Themes account and navigate to the Account > API Key page. Learn more here. If you still get this message, please make sure that your Username and API Key have been entered correctly

Please, Advice,
Eran

Hi Eran

Can I check something that's not clear from the above?

Do you already have the Elegant Themes username and API key set in your theme settings? (The theme is Divi?)

What versions of Types and Views are you trying to update from?

Hi Eran

I tried to reproduce this on a test site with an older installation of Divi (which needed updating) and older versions of Types and Views (that needed updating), where both Divi and Toolset are each registered on the site.

I saw the same error the first time I tried to update Divi to the latest version, which failed.

I then tried to update Types and Views, which worked.

I then went and tried again to update Divi, and this time it worked.

I didn't make any other changes, it just started working.

I suspect there may be some caching issue at work that might be responsible.

Can you try again?

If needs be you can manually update the Types and Views plugins by downloading the zipped archives from your downloads page (toolset.com/account/downloads), deleting the current versions from your site, and uploading the zip files on the Add new plugins page.

Let me know how you get on.
