[Resolved] Error message received by email regarding toolset blocks

This support ticket is created 3 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:

I got a mail from wordpress regarding a fatal error in toolset blocks. When investigating on the site, everyhting works fine, but I wanted to check with you if I need to dig deeper or this was some temporary issue that is now resolved. The error message is:

WordPress version 5.8.2
Thème actuel : Divi (version 4.11.0)
Extension actuelle : Toolset Blocks (version 1.6.1)
PHP version 7.4.25

As said, the site displays fine and i can't see any errors beign thrown by WordPress. I'm new to toolset so some guidance is appreciated :-).

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

I see no other user reported such issue. I would like to know does this issue happens repeatedly?

I would like to ask you to keep eye on your debug log and check at what point this happens as otherwise this is not the known issue as of now and there is nothing much specific to tell you as everything is working as expected.
