Hi, this could happen if you have Google Maps API information entered in another location, like your theme settings or other plugin settings, as well as in Toolset > Settings > Maps. Can you try these troubleshooting steps?
- Temporarily disable all plugins except Types, Blocks/Views, and Maps.
- Temporarily disable all custom code snippets in Toolset > Settings > Custom Code
- Temporarily activate a default theme like Twenty Twenty
- Test again. If the problem is resolved, reactivate your custom code, theme, and other plugins one by one, testing each time until the problem returns
- If the problem is not resolved, checking your API credentials by going to Toolset > Settings > Maps tab and clicking "Check API". Let me know what you see after you receive a response from the API verification system.
- Go to wp-admin > Settings > General and verify the two URLs are identical to the actual URL of the site, including HTTPS vs. HTTP, and www. vs. no www in the URL.
I'll review your responses and give you some feedback.
