It goes to an error page when I start to create. content template. Here's the error I'm getting:

Could you please verify that the error occurs with only Toolset plugins and the twentytwenty theme active?

This error hasn't been previously reported and appears specific to your site, and we'll need a copy of your site for debugging and to try to reproduce locally.

Please share a backup (via dropbox or similar) as described here: hidden link

If you are on WPEngine you may find it easier to use All in One WP Migration rather than Duplicator, and in either case should exclude your media uploads directory to reduce the archive size.

Here's the copy of my site:

I've also created an admin service account if you need backend access:

Hi Marshall,

Thank you for providing the copy of the site, however when I checked it on my end i'm not able to see the issue at all. See Screenshot.

Can you provide us with the debug information for your site so that we can see what server environment you are running.

Secondly, can you try reinstalling the Types plugin to see if this clears up the issue ?

Thanks,
Shane

Sure! Just pasted. How should I go about reinstalling? Just delete and upload form my local computer, or is it somewhere else?

Ok, just reinstalled and I'm not getting the error with the Alumna records anymore. Maybe that fixed it?

Hi Marshall,

Perhaps it was a corrupt file in the file system of the Types plugin that you had that was causing the issue.

However i'm happy to see that it is now resolved.

If there are no further questions then you can go ahead and mark this issue as resolved.

Thanks,
Shane
