Hey Beda,

Checking for an update. Do get back.

#1072482

Yes, I tried to find the issue and reason, however the Form, if submitted, it redirects to "my account" page.
So, the Modal cannot show any error, as I need to visit the page again, and hence, the form is rendered again.

Can you update me on the exact steps that you follow for this issue?
They do not seem to be the same as previously.

I still have the login data to the site.

You will need to log in thru the front end as one of the user roles set to test this out. All I did was test the form from the front-end as a registered user. Once I submitted the form the 1st time and tried to re-edit it the error message was displayed.

That is not possible.
The form, redirects to another page.

Please, I require precise steps to replicate an issue.

1. Load this page
2. Do this
3. Do that
4. See this

And if I do that, I am redirect to another page.
The modal cannot show an error, as I am redirected.
If I go back I reload the page, I hence get a new form in the modal.

It cannot display an error upon submit, unless you mean another form or another process of steps.
You show me an error in a modal, which I do not know how I could even produce it.

Please, add the exact steps, I cannot guess an issue.

We can save time (and solve issues) when we know what is reported, where we need to look for, and what happens if.

I removed your text as it is not possible to set a reply to hidden like that.
I need to activate that ahead.

However, I saved the submitted content, and I will work on this tomorrow with the new, detailed information.

I see it.
That is not an error, it as as rare it looks, a confirmation the form is submitted.

I saugest either of this to solve it:
1. In the Toolset Form settings for What to show after submitting the form, display a success message.
It will display that exact message in the Pop Up after submit and reopen
Such a success message can have links and HTML in it, as well.
Not another form

2. The second solution is to choose "keep display this form".
That will still show the form after submit

I think this is the best for you?
Note that if you want to customize the success messages in that case, you can do that on the Edit Form screen, when you edit the Form, section "Messages"

I have set for you now to keep display the form, I hope that is ok
